Wearing your baby !

Many parents love to carry their babies next to their body - keeps baby secure & happy - less stress for parents as babies who are close to their parents cry less. Now in addition to the very popular " sarong sling "

we have the new "baby pouch".

Hi everyone, I didn't start actively wearing my son until he was around 8 months old and I really wish I started when he was a newborn. While I still get many of the benefits like having both my hands free, he doesn't seem to want to snuggle in the sling as much as those babies who have been there since birth. He's nearly one now and spends a lot of the time leaning forward in the sling to 'get a better view'. When a pram is not an option, this is still a good alternative to bearing all his weight on my arms.....until he is able to walk.

My baby doesn't like the stroller and she prefers to be carried whenever we are out of the house. As this can be quite tiring, we have to take turns to carry her. I bought my first baby sling last Saturday and started wearing my 7 month old baby almost immediately. At first she struggled and doesn't seemed to like it. Then on Sunday, she was restless while in church and I put her in the sling, sang to her while walking around at the back of the church and she felt asleep. She slept the whole time through in the sling. And the sling took the weight off my arms.
